By ticking the ‘Terms and Conditions’ consent box on this registration form you agree to the following:

• Severn Trent and their event management partner (White Event Production) will collect basic information from you for the purpose of the management of this event. As well as the form data, your IP address will also be logged.
• Your data is collected via this securely hosted delegate management system and stored in a database not accessible by anyone other than our event management partners.
• Severn Trent and their event management partners agree not to share any information gathered from this registration purpose with any third parties.
• All data will be destroyed within 30 days post-event. You may also request the deletion of your personal data at any point prior to the 30-day automatic deletion by emailing support@ereg.events.
• We agree to notify you within 72 hours of any breaches of your data via our delegate management system as well as the relevant data protection authorities.
• You may request a digital copy of any data we hold on you throughout the event period (up until the 30 day post-event data deletion date). We agree to respond within 30 days with a copy of the data. Please complete our 'Subject Access Request' form by clicking here.
